Shipping and Delivery

At Marberry, we want your order to arrive smoothly, safely, and as quickly as possible. Below you will find our shipping options, estimated delivery times, and important delivery information.

Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $59.

For orders under $59, a shipping fee of $8.99 will apply.

Estimated Delivery Times

Most mainland U.S. orders usually arrive within 6 to 9 business days after shipment.

For extended delivery areas, including Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, delivery may take longer. Estimated delivery time is usually 10 to 15 business days after shipment.

Please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for warehouse processing before your order is shipped.

Shipping times may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to follow your package status.

Express Shipping

Express shipping may be available for selected countries and regions.

Estimated express delivery time is usually 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

Some countries and regions may not support express shipping at this time. If express delivery is available for your address, the option and shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

Customs Duties

In some cases, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on your country or region.

If you are charged customs or import duties, please contact our customer support team and provide a copy of the customs receipt.

Once the receipt has been received and reviewed, any eligible refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Sales and Use Tax

For U.S. customers, sales tax may be applied depending on your shipping address and the applicable state laws.

Sales tax is calculated based on the total merchandise value of your order. If a discount is applied, the tax calculation will be based on the discounted order amount.

In some states, taxes may also apply to shipping or delivery fees.

The final tax amount will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

If your order is returned or refunded, the applicable sales tax will be refunded to your original payment method when eligible.

Delivery Restrictions

Our delivery service does not currently cover post office boxes or military mailing addresses, including APO and FPO addresses.

Before placing your order, please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Changes after an order has been placed may not always be possible and may result in additional charges or delays.
