Returns and Exchanges

We accept eligible return or exchange requests within 365 days from the date you receive your item. Items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all original tags and packaging when applicable.

Once your request is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

For non defective items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Marberry does not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is confirmed defective, damaged, incorrect, or the issue was caused by our error. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable unless required by law or approved by our team.

For hygiene, safety, or final sale reasons, some items cannot be returned or exchanged.

This may include underwear, lingerie, gift cards, clearance items, final sale items, mystery box items, customized items, silk detergent, free gifts, and any product clearly marked as non returnable on the product page.

No. Pajama sets must be returned complete.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for only the top or only the bottom of a set because the pieces are sold together as one product.

After your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are usually processed within 14 business days.

Refunds can only be issued back to the original payment method used for the order. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
