Return and Exchange Policy

At Marberry, we want you to feel confident with every order. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 365 days from the date you receive your item.

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your request.

Requests submitted after 365 days cannot be accepted.

Please note that during busy periods, response times may be slightly longer. Our team will reply as soon as possible. If you do not receive a response, please check your spam folder or contact us again using another email address.

Return Address

Please do not send your item back before contacting us.

Once your return request is approved, our customer support team will provide the correct return address and instructions based on your location.

Return and Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  1. Unwashed

  2. Unworn

  3. Undamaged

  4. In their original condition

  5. Returned with all original tags and packaging when applicable

Each order is eligible for one return or exchange request only.

For non defective items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Marberry does not provide prepaid return shipping labels unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

For hygiene, safety, or final sale reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  1. Underwear

  2. Lingerie

  3. Gift cards

  4. Final sale items

  5. Clearance items

  6. Mystery box items

  7. Items clearly marked as non returnable on the product page

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team before sending anything back.

Please include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photos or videos of the issue

  3. A short description of the problem

Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund, replacement, or exchange if the request is approved.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request to cancel or modify it by contacting our support team as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it or make changes to the shipping address, product, size, color, or quantity.

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Information

Refunds are calculated based on the amount actually paid for the returned item.

If no discount was used, the refund will be based on the item price paid at checkout.

If a discount or promotional code was used, the refund will be based on the final discounted amount paid for that item.

Original shipping fees are non refundable.

Return shipping costs are also non refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed Marberry error, defective item, damaged item, or incorrect item.

Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect your returned package, approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds can only be issued back to the original payment method used for the order.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Protection

If shipping protection or Worry Free Delivery is available and purchased at checkout, it may cover certain delivery issues such as:

  1. Lost packages

  2. Delayed deliveries over 30 days

  3. Packages marked as delivered but not received

Shipping protection does not cover return shipping costs, exchange shipping costs, or original shipping fees unless clearly stated at checkout.
